This privacy policy describes the personal data processing by CRD LAMIERE S.R.L. by the website crd-group.it (Website) and the connected Company’s commitments.

CRD LAMIERE S.R.L. is allowed to treat the user’s personal information when he visits out Website and uses its services and functions. Pursuant to EU Regulation n. 2016/679 the Company will ask the user’s consensus before treating his personal data. If the user provides personal data of third parties, he/she must ensure that the communication of data to CRD LAMIERE S.R.L. and the subsequent processing for the purposes specified in the applicable privacy notice is compliant with EU Regulation.

Personal data will be processed (for the purposes as in Point 2) only through information (IT) tools by the data controller. This treatment consists of the collection, registration, organization, elaboration, modification, use and cancellation of the same data.

Your data will not be disclosed and will be processed exclusively by the CRD Lamiere S.R.L. personnel, who must ensure privacy and has been instructed on how to treat personal data in the right way. Persona data could be transmitted to third parties complying with specific tasks or services on behalf of CRD Lamiere S.R.L., may be targeted to its activities but always submitted to prohibition of dissemination.

CRD Lamiere S.R.L will process the personal data for the whole time during which the user receives the service. Starting from the end of the service, CRD Lamiere S.R.L will retain the collected data for a period strictly necessary to comply with the law.

The provision of data is optional. However, the non-reporting of the same prevents our Company from giving an answer to your requests (as per Point 2).

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right at any time to know if they are still existent or not at CRD Lamiere S.R.L, to request correction, deletion or limitation, as well as to object, in whole or in part, to the processing performed.
